After some 13 years in the bar trade, I was fascinated when I discovered the world of Molecular Mixology.
After hanging up my flairing boots many years previously, this was the first time I'd seen something so visually appealing going on behind a bar for a very long time, and it reignited my interest in the skills of the often under-estimated bartenders of this generation.
